About Us...Who are the Nittany Divers? We are a club at Penn State University, and our membership consists of students, University employees, and other community members... all are welcome to join! Everyone shares a common interest in scuba diving, snorkeling, or the undersea world in general. We meet twice a month to discuss upcoming trips, new diving practices, refresh safety skills and share personal experiences. We offer the opportunity to participate in an exciting sport within an environment of safety and fun. Dive trips are planned to local quarries, lakes, and rivers, in addition to more inviting destinations such as Lake Erie and North Carolina. We also engage in many other fun and exciting social events throughout the year. Benefits of being a Nittany Diver...
